FAQ

Sizing:

  • Are the shoes true-to-size?
    • Shoes tend to run slightly large in US sizes. We'd recommend ordering a half-size down from what you'd normally wear. 
    • If possible, we recommend checking the EU size listed on a well-fitting pair of shoes you already have and ordering accordingly, as those tend to run closer to true-to-size. 
  • Why isn't my size available?
    • Due to working with a third-party manufacturer, our selection is sometimes limited. We hope to be able to offer a wider selection of sizes as soon as possible.
    • Our third-party manufacturer produces items according to the European sizing system, which run at different increments than US sizing. As such, some US sizes without corresponding European sizes aren't listed. If your size isn't listed, we'd recommend ordering the next half-size down. 
  • What if my shoes don't fit?
    • We offer free returns and exchanges! See below for information. 

Everything Else:

    • What is your return policy?
      • Unworn items in new condition may be exchanged or returned for free within 30 days after they are delivered. Please contact us at ZSZ@zsz.zone regarding returns. 
    • How long will it take to receive my item?
      • All of our items are specially made to order, and thus carry a production time of 9-12 business days before they are shipped. Shipping times vary by region, but expect a shipping period of 8-15 business days for regular delivery or 5-8 business days for expedited delivery.
      • Are all items in an order shipped together? 
        • Items in an order are typically, but not always, shipped together. 
      • I received my delivery tracking number, but its status hasn’t changed.
        • In some cases, shipping information may be generated in advance while the item is still in production and has yet to ship. Please wait for production to be completed and your item to be shipped. 
      • I submitted my order, but never received a confirmation email or shipping information email. 
        • Please check your spam folder. If a confirmation email still can’t be found, please contact us and we’ll have it re-sent.
