Shipping policy

Free shipping on all items. 
We currently ship only to customers within the United States. 

Made to order
All orders are produced on-demand and shipped directly from our third-party manufacturing partner located outside the United States. 

Transit time
Delivery in 9-23 business days from the time the order was placed. 
(4-10 days for production, 5-13 days for shipping.)
Most orders are delivered in about 2-3 weeks (or 4 weeks maximum) from when they are placed.

Multiple items in one order
Items in the same order are sometimes, but not always, shipped together. Some items may ship separately depending on production timing. 

Tracking updates
You’ll receive a tracking number when your shipment is created. In some cases, tracking can appear inactive while the item is still finishing production and awaiting carrier pickup. It will update once the package is in transit.
